Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery
 • Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.
 • Parcels are shipped via J&T Express for reliable island-wide service.
 • Once your order is collected by J&T Express, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking link. Delivery normally takes 1 business day after dispatch (subject to J&T’s routing).

Need It Faster?
 For same-day or next-day express delivery, WhatsApp or call Amos +65 9090 0333 before 2pm SGT to arrange a special courier. (An additional fee will be quoted and invoiced before dispatch.)

Delivery Area
 At this time we ship only within Singapore to ensure that the fresh produce in every Huat Package arrives in perfect condition.

Issues With Your Parcel
 If tracking shows no movement 48 hours after dispatch, or if your item arrives damaged, email us at info@huatpackage.com with your order number, and we’ll make it right promptly.
