Refund / “7-Day Joy or Money-Back” Policy

We want you to feel the huat. If you’re not satisfied:

1. Eligibility
   
   

○       Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery (Day 1 = day the parcel is delivered).

 

○       Ritual items must be unused.

2. Process
   
   

○       E-mail info@huatpackage.com with your order number & photos.

○       We’ll arrange a pick-up (Singapore addresses only).

○       Upon inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable
   
   

○       Any box returned after the 7-day window

○       Boxes damaged through improper handling (e.g. soaked, torn)
